Thyme is nestled in the rolling Cotswolds hills creating a home away from home: a place to slow down, take Thyme and reconnect with nature. The estate is connected by winding gravel pathwaysyoull find 17th century houses and cottages with meticulously-restored agricultural barns,enveloped in a pristine 150-acre estate. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in their Ox Barn restaurant, and The Swan, their village pub, is open from Wednesday through to Sunday. Refreshments are available in their Baa, an elegant and cosy spaceguests can enjoy a coffee and light lunch during the day or a botanical cocktail in the evening. Free private parking and free Wi-Fi are available at the property.

Thymes botanically inspired bedrooms are dispersed across houses and cottages, forming a peaceful hamlet environment with gravel pathways to lead you through the gardens. Each room comes with a coffee machine and welcome goodies for guests to enjoy during their stay. A private bathroom with toiletries from their sister brand, Bertioli, is provided in every room, and a bath or shower is also provided.

Guests have access to the hotels communal spaces, including their exhibition space, the Tithe Barn, the Baa Bar, and the Orchid House, the poolhouse which is open seasonally during the summer months when the outdoor pool is open for guests. Cheltenham is 42km from Thyme, while Stow-on-the-Wold is 28km away. Bristol Airport is 105km from the property, and Charlbury railway station is 26km away. The estate is also easily reached from London, via train from London Paddington arrivingCharlbury or Swindon station, or by taxi. The hotel are more than happy to assist with transfer requests, please contact the team as far in advance as possible to make travel arrangements.

Double or Twin Room. Our Elegant Bedrooms are situated in both the Farmhouse and Lodge. Characterised by original beams and old walls, they have a classic, country charm. Each has an en suite bathroom and some rooms have bathtubs. Three of these bedrooms can have the beds twinned. Some of these bedrooms are split over two levels.have a simple mini bar. ;

Tallet Cottage. Situated at the heart of our village within a village, this quintessential Cotswolds cottage sleeps up to six in three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. Each room is elegantly decorated with old stone walling offering a rustic charm. While just a stones throw away from The Baa Bar and Ox Barn, the cottage also features a cosy private living area to enjoy. ;
Old Walls Cottage. Old Walls Cottage is a Cotswold stone cottage located in Southrop, several minutes walk from Thyme. The living space comprises of a sitting room with a wood-burning stove, a galley kitchen and conservatory for dining. With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage can accommodate up to four guests. There is also the option of a further two childrens beds on the bedroom-landing. Situated in its own walled-garden, there are far-reaching views across the Estates fields. Travel cots, stair gates, dog beds and cages are available on request. Dogs can be accommodated in this property. ;
