Please note that these apartmentspremises are strictly NON-SMOKING, and any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of £250 and any additional cleaning charges incurred.
Please be aware that any damages caused to the apartment or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you will be held liable for the additional expenses.
