Every room at The Roseate Villa Bath includes Hypnos beds, with feather-light goose down duvets and Egyptian cotton bed linen.classic and superior rooms come with double beds, while the deluxe, luxury and suites come with super king beds. Well-equipped bathrooms include luxury toiletries and fluffy bath sheets.

Every morning guests can enjoy an award-winning breakfast, in a light, elegant ground-floor dining room with complimentary Bucks Fizz and home made smoothies.

The Henrietta Bar & Restaurant for dinner is available from 18.00-20.30. Monday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday, offering Modern Eurpoen cuisine.
Afternoon Tea is served every day between 13.00-16.00 in our Henrietta Bar & Restaurant, which can be enjoyed alongside stunning views over the historic Henrietta Park.

Guests are a 5-minute walk from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the many shops and restaurants of Bath. Bath Spa Rail Station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Cots are provided on request. Please advise the hotel in advance, so that the correct room can be allocated.

Please note parking is available from 3pm until midday at £20.00 per day.

Pets can be accommodated for GBP 15 per night, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The rooms can accommodate one pet only.

Superior Double Room with Garden View. Larger room with a double bed overlooking the garden at the rear of the property and an en suite bathroom. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room. ;
Standard Double Room with Garden View. Compact room featuring a double bed and an en suite bathroom with power shower. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room. ;
Deluxe King Double Room with Park View. The largest rooms with super king-size or twin beds. Some rooms overlook the park and have a shower in the en suite bathroom. Some rooms can accommodate extra beds, please request these at the time of reservation as only some rooms can accommodate them. Twin beds are available upon request and are subject to availability. ;
Luxury King Double Room with Park View. The largest most luxurious feature rooms. Room 24 and 17 have large bay windows overlooking Henrietta Park; these rooms have baths with showers over in the en-suite. Room 23 is at the back overlooking the garden and has a feature bathroom with shower. These rooms can beup as twin rooms, if you prefer. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room. ;
One-Bedroom Suite. Located on the lower ground floor, these super spacious suite come complete with an opulent master bedroom, dressing room, spacious comfortable sitting room and newly fitted luxury bathroom. The living room can accommodate two sofa beds for children. Overlooking the gardens to the front of the house this is a lovely light filled space. ;
Luxury King Double Room with Garden View. Offering free toiletries, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. This triple room offers a tea and coffee maker and a TV. The unit has 1 bed.
