Dating back to 1880, this fine Victorian mansion is15 minutes’ stroll from the centre of Bath. It offers luxurious rooms with views over the Royal Crescent or the well-tended gardens as well as free parking (one space per room).

Roomshave views looking over Bath or the propertys garden. Flat screen TVs, WIFI, fluffy towels, high quality linens, high pressure showers and French Damana herbal toiletries are standard inrooms.

Breakfasts are cooked to order and served in the Orangery situated in the Japanese-inspired garden. Continental options such as a selection of fruits, granola, juices, bean to cup espresso or cappuccinos are available. Breakfast and herbal teas are also available. The property has its own honesty bar, and various restaurants are within 10 minutes’ walk.

Guests can relax in the lounge with open fireplace and comfortable sofas.

Dorian House offers free private parking (one space per room) from 2pm on the day of arrival, until 11am on the day of departure. We are a short 15 minutes’ walk to Baths’ many attractions including Thermae Bath Spa, the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, along with Bath Spa Train Station.

Superior King Size Double. With views over the well maintained gardens at either the front or the rear of the property, these rooms also feature a flat-screen TV and an en suite shower. These rooms have their own private exits to either the front lawn or back garden via the patio area. ;
Four Poster Room with Garden View. Four poster room overlooking the well-maintained garden. This room includes an en suite bath and shower. ;
Standard King Room. With views over the garden, this room also features a flat-screen TV and an en suite shower. The room includes a Nespresso machine and Damana toiletries. ;
Executive King Room with Garden or City View. With Velux window views over the front or rear of the property, these rooms feature a flat-screen TV and en-suite shower. ;
Small Double Room. These rooms are smaller than our standard double in size, but perfect for those who just want a cosy base whilst spending their time exploring the wonderful City of Bath. Rooms are situated on the ground floor or up in the eaves. ;
