Rothay House is a guest house,just off the main road and a 5-minute walk from Ambleside town centre. Only 1 mile from Lake Windermere, it serves local produce and homemade jams and marmalades for breakfast. Just 10 minutes drive from Windermere and the World of Beatrix Potter, this guest accommodation offers rooms with a private bathroom.

Superior Double or Twin Room. Overlooking the front garden, towards Loughrigg Fell, this room has a 32-inch TV, USB charging points and teacoffee making facilities. There is a private en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds and can accommodate 2 extra guests. No children under 5 years old can be accommodated. ;
Double Room with Garden View. A TV with a DVD player and a private shower-room with Pure Lakes liquid hand soap pump and hairbody wash are included in each room. This room overlooks the front garden, towards Loughrigg Fell. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed or children under 5 years old.
